Andrew has been the County Councillor for Topsham since 1997 and is one of the City Councillors for Topsham. He is Deputy Leader of the Conservative Group on Exeter City Council.
Within Devon County Council he is Cabinet Member for Economy, Growth & Cabinet Liasion for Exeter.
Notes: The County Council Division includes the whole of the Topsham Ward, as well as parts of St Davids, Newtown and St Leonards and Priory wards.
